Boone's in town!

David and Anna came to Texas in August!  We love cousin Boone!!  Taylor and Jordan still want to go on a plane to see Boone at his house....maybe one day!

Aggie Chalk Talk 2013

Thank goodness Joni talked me into attending this event!  I hope we make it a yearly thing!!!  It was so much fun to meet the players and coaches, talk to other Aggie women, and see the athletic facilities!  I would not recommend doing drills on the field after two glasses of wine though...I was not graceful!  Neither was Joni and she didn't have wine!  Not sure what they are going to do next year with the renovations going on, but I hope they still offer this event to Aggie women who LOVE AGGIE FOOTBALL!

 YES I DID!!!

 Cashin' out!

Biddlecomes meet Lake Cherokee

The middle of July we took Joni and Randy to Lake Cherokee for a weekend!  The kids loved the water and the rest of us loved relaxing!

Randy vs the Aggieland Tri

After watching a friend do Ironman Texas last year, my brother in law decided he could do it too!  He talked lots of talk and we all challenged him to walk the walk!!!!  But encouraged him to start small and work his way up!  He did great at committing to training and my sister registered him for his first Triathlon!  It is a sprint tri, which is the shortest distances...all the distances seem doable!  But I still wouldn't wanna do it!

Taylor and I went to College Station to watch Randy Swim, Bike, and RUN, RUN, RUN!  He did great!  He finished!  ...and he decided he wasn't going to do an IRONMAN!  Proud of you Randy!  Congrats on your Triathlon Finish!

The 4th at The Lake and Let's Celebrate!!

4th of July this year was at Lake Cherokee!  Always a great time with lots of family!  We had a special 4th this year because we got to also celebrate Grandpa Bob and Grandma Carolyn's 60th wedding anniversary.  Lots of family came in for the weekend and a great time was had by all!!  We absolutely love the lake and being able to celebrate a great example of marriage as well was an added benefit!  Happy 60th Anniversary Bob and Carolyn!  And Happy 4th of July!
